💦 Splash!

Match the ink by color or number, dodge the Kraken and shout it out when you are down to one card.

Be the first to get rid of all your cards. Each player starts with 7. Put a card on the pile that matches the top one by ink color or by number/symbol.

Your turn

• Tap a glowing card to play it. Cards that do not fit stay dimmed.

• Nothing fits? Draw a card. If the new card fits, you may play it right away or keep it.

Special cards

• 🫧 Bubble: the next player loses their turn.

• 🌀 Whirlpool: the direction of play flips (with two players it works like a Bubble).

• 🐙 Tentacle +2: the next player takes 2 cards and loses their turn.

• 🌈 Rainbow Ink: fits anywhere, you choose the new color.

• 🦑 Kraken +4: fits anywhere, you choose the color, the next player takes 4 cards and loses their turn.

• With “Stack penalties” on, a +2 can be answered with another +2 (or a Kraken), a Kraken only with another Kraken. Whoever cannot, takes the whole pile.

Splash!

• The moment you are down to ONE card, hit the big SPLASH! button within 3 seconds.

• Forgot? After 3 seconds anyone can catch you and you take 2 cards.

Scoring

• Whoever empties their hand wins the round and scores the cards left in everyone else’s hands: numbers = face value, Bubble/Whirlpool/Tentacle = 20, wilds = 50.

• Play a single round or race to 250 / 500 points.

• Run out of time on your turn and a card is drawn for you.
