🌙 Mafia

The city sleeps, the Mafia hunts. The app narrates — find the killers before they outnumber you.

The Mafia hides among the townsfolk. Everyone gets a secret role on their phone, and the app itself is the narrator — so nobody has to sit out as the host.

Night

• Every living player gets a night screen and must tap someone — even Civilians (they mark whom they suspect). So nobody gives themselves away by touching or not touching the phone.

• 🔪 The Mafia knows each other and picks one victim together: all their votes must match. If time runs out, the majority decides; a tie goes to the Don or to fate.

• 🩺 The Doctor protects one player per night (themselves — not two nights in a row).

• 🔎 The Detective checks one player: Mafia or not. The answer arrives privately in the morning.

• 🎩 The Don (option) leads the Mafia and hunts for the Detective. 🗡️ The Maniac (option, 6+ players) kills alone and wins alone.

Day

• Morning: the narrator announces who did not survive the night — or that the Doctor was faster.

• Discuss! Then nominations: each living player may put one suspect on trial (or, with the option, everyone votes directly).

• The vote is open, with a live tally. “Nobody” is also an option. A tie between suspects means a revote between them; a second tie — nobody leaves.

• The condemned gets a last word; then their role is revealed (option).

Victory

• 🏙️ The Town: all the Mafia (and the Maniac) are gone.

• 🔪 The Mafia: they make up half of the living or more.

• 🗡️ The Maniac: left alone, or one-on-one with the last townsperson.

Ghosts

• The dead become ghosts: they see every role and every night move live and can send 👻 reactions — but no hints out loud!
